III. The Acts/Elements of the Proclamation
Third, beside the required powers and endowments treated above, there also needs to be particular acts that are proportioned to the end of Divine Revelation. These form the elements of Divine Revelation: doctrine, testimony, and the rule of faith. This is so that Divine Revelation may be communicated, authenticated, and validated in a way proportioned to its ends.
