Confused vs. Implicit Knowledge of Revelation

Connected with what I wrote about a few days ago on the distinction between virtual and formal revelation, one must understand another distinction, i.e., the distinction between knowledge that is “confused” (*in confuso*) and virtual/implicit (although some authors will distinguish between virtual and implicit knowledge).
